经皮锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:2004年10月至2007年6月经皮锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折31例,按照AO分型标准:B型19例,C型12例。结果:31例均获得随访,平均13个月(10～21个月)。X线片显示骨折全部一期愈合,平均愈合时间为12周,无感染、骨不愈合、内固定断裂等并发症。按照Mazur踝关节功能评分:优21例,良7例,可3例,优良率为90.3%。结论:经皮锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折是一种较理想治疗方法。
