摘要
目的:探讨鼻唇沟任意型皮瓣修复下唇软组织缺损的效果。方法:2003至2008年,采用鼻唇沟任意型皮瓣修复下唇缺损畸形27例。皮瓣以鼻唇沟线为轴线,以下方筋膜为蒂。结果:27例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣面积为2.0～3.5cm×3.0～7.0cm。随访(6～12)个月。皮瓣色泽红润,下唇形态和功能良好。结论:鼻唇沟任意型皮瓣整复下唇缺损畸形,可以获得较满意的白唇形态,但需二期手术,才能获得更满意的红唇形态。
Objective： To explore the effect of ad libitum flap of nasolabial groove on repairing the inferior lip defect. Methods：From 2003 to 2008, 27 eases of inferior lip defect were repaired by the ad libitum flap of nasolabial groove. The line paralleled to nasolabial groove was served as central axis of the flap. The flap was nurtured through distal faseial pedicle. Results ： All flaps were survived with the size of 2.0-3.5cm×3.0-7.0cm. The cases were followed up for 6-12 months. The flaps showed normal color, full elasticity, well appearance and good motor function was satisfied. Conclusion： The ad libitum flap of nasolabial groove for repairing the soft tissue defect of inferior lip may obtain satisfactory shape. It can obtain more safisfaetory red lip shape after secondary surgery.
