摘要
针对机组新投产和大修后首次启动经常遇到的动静碰摩故障,介绍动静碰摩早期、中期和晚期的振动机理及特征,指出在振动可控的条件下,通过多次启停机组消除碰摩引起的热弯量的处理方法,通过对2个典型案例振动过程的分析,诊断振动特征和原因,给出具体处理措施。
Aiming at the of steam turbine during start-stop, this paper introduces the vibration mechanism and character istics of rub-impact between moving and stationary parts during forepart, metaphase, and terminal, indicates that several start stop processes can eliminate heat bend rate on the controllable vibration. Through analyzes on two typical vi bration processes to diagnosis vibration characteristics and reasons, this paper presents material treatments.
