摘要
按照户籍人力资本净流入和非户籍人力资本净流入的正负,把全国31个省、市、自治区分为四种类型,每一种类型的地区都有着各自的特点。多元回归分析的结果表明,人均国内生产总值增长率和每千人卫生技术人员数对户籍人力资本净流入有显著影响,城镇职工平均工资对非户籍人力资本净流入和总人力资本净流入影响显著,而外商直接投资及其他投资又是决定职工平均工资的主要因素。
In accordance with the variations of net inflows between the registered urban- household human capital and the nonregistered urban -household human capital, the 31 provinces and autonomous regions of China are divided into four categories, each having its own characteristics. The results of multiple regression analyses show that the per capita GDP growth rate and the number of health workers per thousand people exert significant impacts on the net inflow of registered urban - household human capital, while the average wage levels of urban dwellers exert significant impacts on the net inflow of non - registered urban - household human capital, and foreign direct investments and other investments constitute a major factor in the average wage level.
