表面活性剂对毒死蜱在水溶液中的光解影响 被引量:10

摘要 以紫外灯(UV)、高压汞灯(HPML)为光源,研究了不同类型农用表面活性剂对水中毒死蜱光化学降解的影响。结果表明,UV照射下,SDBS低浓度添加无敏化作用,添加50mg·L-1时,毒死蜱的光敏化率为11.61%;Tween80添加1、10、50mg·L-1时,对毒死蜱的光敏化率分别为7%、24.79%、90.20%,光敏化作用与添加浓度正相关;Span20浓度为10、50mg·L-1时,光敏化率分别为33.07%、65.49%;混合型表面活性剂0201和2201添加50mg·L-1时,半衰期为1.32、1.29h。HPML照射下,农乳404、农乳603、农乳500、农乳601和0206B对毒死蜱的光解均产生了不同程度的敏化作用,其中农乳404和601敏化作用较强,添加25mg·L-1时,光解速率分别提高了1.73和2.22倍;农乳500、0206B、农乳603敏化作用相对较弱。毒死蜱溶液反应体系紫外吸收光谱表明,表面活性剂产生的光敏化作用与短波区域紫外吸收增强有关。此外,表面活性剂对毒死蜱光敏化作用受表面活性剂的类型和剂量的影响。 The effect of different surfactants on photolysis of chlorpyrifos was investigated in aqueous solutions under UV and high pressure mercury lamp(HPML) irradiation. The results indicated that photodegradation all well followed pseudo-first-order kinetics under various conditions. No photosensitive effect was observed in the solutions with low dosage SDBS under UV radiation, and its photosensitive efficiency against ehlorpyrifos was 11.61% at the concentration of 50 mg.L^-1 SDBS. The photosensitive efficiency of chlorpyrifos in the presence of 1, 10 and 50 mg.L^-1 Tween80 was 7%, 24.79% and 90.20%, respectively. When concentration of Span20 was 10, 50 mg.L^-1, its photosensitive efficiency was 33.07%, 65.49%, respectively. The half lives of chlorpyrifos were found to be 1.32 h, 1.29 h for aqueous solutions containing 50 mg.L^-1 0201 and 2201, respectively. Under HPML irradiation, the photolysis of ehlorpyrifos was accelerated by Nongru404, Nongru603, Nongru500, Nongru601 and 0206B. The photolysis rate of chlorpyrifos was 1.73 and 2.22 times greater in the presence of 25 mg.L^-1 Nongru404 and Nongru601 suffactants than that in water alone, respectively. However, little photosensitive efficiency was found on photolysis of chlorpyrifos in the presence of Nongru500, 0206B and Nongru603. An increased absorption of chlorpyrifos solutions in ultraviolet part of the spectrum was responsible for photosensitive efficiency. The results also indicated that the photosensitive efficiency of chlorpyrifos was related to types and dosage of surfactants.
