摘要
根据小城镇污水处理方案影响因素具有不完全性和不确定性的特点,建立了小城镇污水处理方案的模糊相似优先比决策模型,在该模型中,定义了模糊相似比,构造了污水处理方案影响因素的模糊相似优先关系,利用层次分析法确定了各影响因素的权重,从整体上找出了与理想方案最为相似的处理方案。实例分析表明,该模型决策结果合理、使用方便具有实用价值,为污水处理方案的决策分析提供参考。
According to the incompleteness and uncertainty of information of sewage treatment project in small town, the decision model of the sewage treatment project in small town is built based on fuzzy analogy preferred ratio. In this model, the fuzzy analogy preferred ratio is defined, the fuzzy analogy preferred relationship of the influence factors for sewage treatment project is constructed, the factor weights is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, and the most similar to the ideal one for sewage treatment project is found out. The actual example results indicates that the decision model is reasonable, convenient for use and valuable for practice. It provide the reference for decision - making analysis of sewage treatment project.
