摘要
做好工程费用的控制工作,对确保总承包项目的顺利运行具有非常重要的意义。提出应在总承包项目管理的全过程对工程费用进行有效控制,并通过案例着重论述了项目实施和竣工结算阶段如何控制工程费用。
To do well the control work of construction cost was of great importance to ensuring smoothly running of a general contract project. It considered that the construction cost should be effectively controlled in the overall process of the general contract project management. Taking a case for example, it presented the construction cost control status in the stages of implementation and completion settlement of the project in detail.
