摘要
针对某钢厂的转炉氧枪供水系统的水泵配置情况,利用一维流体分析软件Flowmaster建立供水系统模型,进行瞬态分析,得出水泵掉电及备用泵启动过程的仿真结果,对比不同配置的结果,得出更安全稳定的配置方案。
For the situation of water pump eonfigration in a steel mill's BOF oxygen lance water supply system, by using of one-dimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster, this paper establishs the water supply system, carries out a transient analysis, gets the numerical results of the Power cutring(ordinary pumps) and starting(standby pumps) process. To compare with the results of different configurations, a more secure and stable configuration is introduced.
