介绍了昆钢焦炉煤气变压吸附制氢工艺,分析了管道和吸附塔堵塞及脱奈塔再生废气污染环境的原因并采取了整改措施。
The pressure swing adsorption hydrogen making process of coke oven gas of Kunming Iron ＆ Steel Group Co., Ltd was introduced. The blockage causes of pipe and adsorption column and the pollution environment causes due to regeneration spent gas of naphthalene removing column were analyzed, and related improvement measures were adopted.
