摘要
实验教学是培养创新人才的重要途径,也是我院"2+1+X"人才培养模式的核心。通过建设开放式研究型实验教学平台,探索出一套切实可行的管理办法,满足人才培养的需要。
Experimental teaching is one of the important ways to cultivate innovative talents, and also the core of ＂2 ＋ 1 ＋ X＂ talents cultivation model. Through setting the open and investigating experimental teaching platform, this article explored a set of practical management methods, which could satisfy the needs of talents cultivation.
