针对工程项目成本管理的重要性,就工程项目如何降低成本进行了深入探讨,并提出了具体的成本控制措施,以最大限度控制成本支出,提高项目的经济效益和施工企业的竞争力。
Aiming at importance of project cost management,the paper discusses about how to reduce project cost,it also proposes specific cost controlling measures,so as to reduce the cost the least,and thus improve the project economic benefits and competition ability of construction industry.
