摘要
根据工作实践中遇到的实际问题,在分析研究的基础上提出了建设工程造价有效控制的原则和方法,即抓重点环节,实施主动控制,采取技术与经济相结合的手段,在建设工程的各阶段采用科学的方法对造价工程进行有效控制,以求合理地使用人力、物力和财力,取得较好的投资效益。
According to the questions encountered in practical work effective cost control methods and principles should be followed of construction works are proposed based upon analysis research.Key links should be grasped to carry out active control and measures combined with technological and economic means.Author points out scientific methods should be adopted in various construction stages for engineering cost control,in order to realize reasonable use of labor power,materials and finance to obtain good investment return.
