摘要
针对高层建筑外墙裂缝而导致渗漏这一质量通病,分析了高层建筑外墙产生裂缝的原因,根据多年的工程实践,结合裂缝产生的理论,提出解决高层建筑渗漏的控制措施,以期提高高层建筑外墙防水工程质量。
According to the common quality defect-cracks on external wall of high-rise building,which caused the leakage of building,in this paper the reasons caused the cracks on external wall are analyzed,at the same time corresponding control measures are proposed combined with several years＇ practice and study on cracking theory in order to resolve the leakage questions of high-rise building to increase engineering quality of waterproofing works.
