摘要
期刊条码作为期刊的"身份证",是适应信息化管理需求而产生的自动识别技术,可以对期刊的零售、分检、计数、借阅等诸环节实行自动化管理,加快工作流程,解放劳动力。据笔者调查,学术类期刊条码使用不规范的占到九成以上,笔者列举了条码使用不规范的现状,并提出了一些对策供同行参考。
The bar code of periodicals is regarded as their identification card. It is a technology that is developed to meet the needs of IT - based management. It can automatically manage the process of retailing, sorting, counting, and borrowing. In this way working hours are shortened and labor potential are unleashed. According to the author＇s research, more than 90 percent of the bar codes in periodicals used are not standard. The author analyzed the current situation of this regard and at the same time put forward some countermeasures for reference.
