摘要
随着3G（第三代）移动通信系统的建立，它把卫星移动通信与地面上的通信网无缝地结合起来，形成新型的立体通信网络。在这种背景下探究移动学习的教学策略，并以大学生学习英语为例，设计出切实可行的移动教学策略。
With the 3G （third generation） mobile communication system development, it combines the satellite mobile communications and ground communication networks system seamlessly, then setting up a new type of three-dimensional communication network system. My article is base on the situation of mobile learning teaching strategies, taking university students learning English as an example, to explore the way which university students learning English＇ s characteristics by using the mobile devices, the advantages of mobile learning English, combined the characteristics of them and design practical mobile teaching strategies.
