基于教育生态化的理论，从英语教与学的角度看大学新生ICT应用的现状，讨论它是否符合生态化并提出建议。
Education Information Ecology focuses on the interaction of Education information technology, people and the corresponding environment. It sheds light on the ecological use of the ICT in the college first year students＇ English as foreign language learning.
