摘要
从多年从事中小学教师信息技术培训的成功经验中，总结和提炼出10条信息技术培训的教学原则，即：任务驱动性原则，讲解与练习相结合的原则，演示与模仿相结合的原则，问题情景引导性原则，结合学科课程的原则，低坡度原则，小步子原则，及时反馈原则，个别指导原则，成功性原则。
The author sums up and to extract the 10 training in the teaching of information technology principles from the primary and secondary school teachers for many years engaged in the success of information technology training experience, namely, the principle of task-driven, the principle of combining explaining and practice, the principle of combining demonstration and imitation, the principle of guiding problem by scenarios, the principle of combining with the principle of the curriculum, the principle of low-gradient, the principle of step-by-step, the principle of timely feedback, the principle of individual guiding, the principle of success.
