摘要
选用β-环糊精制备了贝尼尔缓释剂。该制剂为细颗粒状悬浮液,颗粒大小为0.2~0.4μm,分布均匀,粘度小,流动性好,稳定性较好,便于肌肉注射。通过兔、牛体内的免疫学测定,证明该缓释剂的药物释放时间比对照水剂延长0.8~1倍。贝尼尔缓释剂对瑟氏泰勒虫感染的预防试验结果表明,按每公斤体重5mg的剂量一次肌注,无论对本地牛还是外地引进牛,在2个月的保护率均达100%,染虫率仅为0.1%~1%,呈现一定水平的带虫现象,而对照贝尼尔水剂组的保护期仅为20d。在牛瑟氏泰勒虫病的早期(10d以内)使用该缓释剂进行治疗,治愈率可达100%,区域试验结果也证明了这一点,但剂量要适当加大,按每公斤体重用药7~10mg。
A kind of Berenil slow release agent was compounded by the use of β cyclodextrin. It is a granular suspended solid of 0.2 0.4 μm size with containing less mucosity and excellent fluidity, therefore is convenient for i.m. It was proved that when injected at dosage of 5 mg/kg, the protective ratio of 100% obtained, the efficient preventive period to be no less than 2 months, longer than that of Berenil water agent (20 days). Applied during the early stage of the disease, the healing ratio could reach 100%.
