摘要
本文以对西安市长安区的调查研究为基点,对新型农村合作医疗制度实施过程中的农民参保意愿及补偿机制问题进行了了解和分析,并提出相应的解决对策。
This paper uses the result from a rural survey of Chang＇an district of Xi＇an city to understand and analysis the farmers＇ insured wishes and compensation mechanism in the process of new rural cooperative medical system＇s implementing understanding, and then propose solutions.
