北京市昌平区2004—2008年食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Health Examination Results of Employees in Food Industries and Public Places in Changping District of Beijing City during 2004—2008

摘要 目的掌握北京市昌平区食品公共场所从业人员5种传染病检出情况,为卫生监督部门对食品与公共场所的管理工作提供依据。方法收集梦天门管理系统中2004—2008年昌平区食品公共场所从业人员健康检查资料,进行动态分析。结果2004—2008年昌平区"五病"(痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动性肺结核、化脓性或渗出性皮肤病)检出率为1.54%、2.40%、2.38%、2.19%、2.18%。本地与外埠从业人员HBsAg阳性检出率(1.33%、2.37%)经统计学分析,两率差异有统计学意义(χ2=367.38,P<0.01)。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,应坚持一年一次的食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查及调离工作,同时加强外埠流动人口乙型肝炎的防治工作。 [ Objective]To understand the detection of 5 kinds of infectious diseases among employees of food industries and public places in Changping District of Beijing City, and provide evidence for management of food and public places by health supervision departments. [ Methods] Data of health examination of employees in food industries and public places were collected from Dream Tianmen Management System during 2004-2008. [ Results] Detection rate of dysentery, typhoid, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis was 1.54% ,2.40% ,2.38% ,2.19% ,2.18% respectively. The difference of HBsAg positive rate between employees from local area and other places was significant. ( Х^2 = 367.38, P 〈 0.01). [ Conclusion] To ensure the public health security in Changping District, it is necessary to adhere to the annual physical examination on employees of food industries and public places and transfer, simultaneously hepatitis B prevention and control among floating population should be enhanced.
