摘要
教师专业发展已成为当前社会转型下教师教育研究的重点。提升教师专业发展的素质贯彻了新一轮课改的精神,也有助于新课改的实施和推广。文章从教师专业发展的内外部因素着手探讨突破学校可持续发展瓶颈的对策,从注重教师专业发展的意识、教师的反思性教学理念、教师专业发展的业务负担、学校管理制度、教育专项经费方面,积极探索教师专业发展的有效途径。
At present,teachers' professional development has become the key point of the research of teachers' education. Improving the quality of teachers' professional development is in conformity with the spirit of New Curriculum Reform and also beneficial to New Curriculum Reform' s implementation and spread. Tiffs paper aims at undertaking a major breakthrough to Sustainable Development of the School bottleneck problems from internal and external factors, especially emphasizing on the aspects of its ideology, reflective teaching, occupational burden, school management system and special education funding so as to explore effective methods of teachers' professional development.
