大区联网条件下天津电网低频振荡分析

LOW FREQUENCY OSCILLATION ANALYSIS OF TIANJIN POWER GRID UNDER LARGE REGIONAL INTERCONNECTION

摘要 低频振荡问题是大区联网下系统稳定中的一个重要问题,文章利用特征分析和prony检测相结合的方法完成了华北、华中、山东、川渝联网系统中天津电网的低频振荡分析工作。求出了与天津电网相关的低频振荡模式,特别是弱阻尼低频振荡模式,并提出了增强系统阻尼,改进系统小干扰稳定的方法和措施。 The low frequency oscillation is an important problem in the system stability for a large scale power system combined by some large power grids. The low frequency oscillation of Tianjin power grid in the interconnection system combined by northchina,Central China,shandong,chuanyu power grid is analyzed by using eigen - analysis and prony detection methed. The inertial modes, especially the weak damping inertial modes, which is related by Tianjin power grid are figured out in this paper. Some methods to enhance system damping are proposed, then the system stability performance under small disturbance is also improved.
