摘要
通过查阅国内外有关文献,对近年来缓控释微丸的辅料、制备方法、包衣技术及释药机理等的研究概况作一综述,并对其在兽药领域的发展前景进行了展望。
The recent progress in sustained -controlled release pellets including the release mechanism, preparation methods, coating technique and exeipients for pellets were reviewed in this paper, and outlook on the development trend of sustained - controlled release pellets in the field of veterinary drug was put forward.
