Effect of P and HCO_3^- Levels in the Nutrient Solution on Rate of Zn Absorption by Rice Roots and Zn Content in Plants

摘要 应用营养液培养的方法研究了P和HCO-3对水稻Zn吸收速率和Zn含量的影响。结果表明,P浓度在32-13μM范围内,P对水稻Zn吸收速率和Zn含量有轻微的促进作用,但超过130μM,P会降低水稻Zn吸收速率和Zn含量。一定的P水平下,增加Zn浓度可提高水稻Zn吸收速率。20和40mM的HCO-3严重抑制水稻根对Zn的吸收速率,与对照相比,水稻根的Zn吸收速率分别降低80%-90%和93%-99%。高浓度P和HCO-3共同抑制Zn的吸收,降低Zn的吸收速率。 Solution culture experiments were conducted using rice to study effect of P and HCO-3 on rateof Zn absorption and Zn content in rice. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: P levels inthe range of 30~ 130μM have slightly increasing effect on the Zn absorption rates and suppress it beyondl30μM P. Increasing Zn conentration enhanced the rate if Zn absorption. The content of Zn in plantsfollowed a similar trend. Bicarbonate levels of both 20mM and 40mM severely inhibited the Zn absortionby roots. HCO-3 concentraction of 20mM and 40 reduced respectively the rate of Zn absorption by 80% ~90% and 93% ~ 99%. High conentractions of P and HCO-3 together seemed to exert a cumulativeinhibitory on the rate of Zn absorption.
