摘要
土壤盆栽试验表明,低磷处理下大豆品种的籽粒产量很低,籽粒中蛋白质含量高,脂肪含量低。施磷后大豆的产量极显著增加,但增产效果品种间差异也极显著。施磷大大降低籽粒中蛋白质和氨基酸含量,而增加脂肪含量;对脂肪酸组成中的油酸和亚油酸含量也有影响。
A pot experiment on acid red soil with five soybean cultivars was couducted in greenhouse. The experimental results showed that the soybean cultivars were low grain yields and high protein and low oil content in the condition of low soil phosphorus. Grain yield per plant increased with increase of P fertilizer applied, but showed significant differences among soybean cultivars. P nutrition caused grain protein and amino acid concentration decreasing and oil content increasing, and greatly influenced oleic acid and linoleic acid compositions in oil.
