铝胁迫对花生不同基因型生长发育的影响 被引量:12

摘要 盆栽花生铝胁迫试验表明,铝对花生形态发育和产量性状均有较大的影响,花生不同基因型耐铝毒害具显著差异。根系性状是评价花生受害程度和耐铝毒潜能的重要指标。高产和低产材料中都存在耐铝毒基因型。 There are a lot of red and yellow acid soil in southern China, in which peanut were planted more than one million hectare. The yield per ha. in this region was lower than average yield of China yet because of Al damage. An Al stress of peanut was studied with 15 genotypes by pot culture. The experiment results showed that root and shoot and yield were reduced under Al stress, the differences among genotypes were significant at 0.05 or 0.01. It is suggested that morphological traits of root under Al stress were important to evaluate Altolerance, and tolerance genotypes to Al were existed among varieties or lines which have high yield or poor yield.
