柴胡对美国红鱼免疫机能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用添加2%柴胡(水提物)的配合饲料饲喂规格为63g±0.76g的美国红鱼,以基础饲料为对照,研究了柴胡对美国红鱼免疫机能的影响。结果表明,投喂柴胡后的第3d,白细胞吞噬百分比(PP)和吞噬指数(PI)与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),而在停药7d后,PP和PI逐步下降,但仍极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);投喂中草药制剂后,实验组美国红鱼的溶菌酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性逐步升高,投药后第14d显著高于对照组(P<0.05),蛋白质含量于投药后第7d显著高于对照组(P<0.05),停药后均开始下降。整个投喂中草药制剂及停药7d后,实验组美国红鱼的酸性磷酸酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);投药28d后,利用哈维氏弧菌人工感染美国红鱼,实验组的相对免疫保护率高达75%。柴胡具有较突出的促进美国红鱼免疫机能的功效。 The Sciaenops ocellatus were fed with the compound feed employed 2% Bupleurum chinense, basic feed that had no Chinese herbal as for the control. The effects of Bupleurum chinense on the immune function of Sciaenops ocellatus were studied with measuring immune index,such as leucocyte phagocytic percent (PP), phagocytic index ( PI ) , activities of lysozyme ( LZM ) , alkaline phosphatase ( AKP ) , acid phosphatase ( ACP ) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) , total serum protein and the relative percentage of survival ( RPS ), on the 0,3^rd,7^th, 14^th, 21^st, 28^th day with the Chinese herbal fed and at the 7^th day after stopped respectively,. The results showed that PP and PI were higher than that of the control group significantly ( P〈0.01 ) after fed Chinese herbal for three days. At the 7^th day after stopped it, PP and PI decreased gradually, but still were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P〈0.01 ). The activities of LZM, AKP and SOD of the treatment group increased gradually after fed Chinese herbal, the activities were significantly higher than that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) at the 14^th day,and then decreased after stopped Chinese herbal. The activity of AKP of the treatment group had no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) during the whole experiment and after stopped the Chinese herbal for seven days. The relative percentage of survival of Sciaenops ocellatus reached 75 percent at the 28^th day when feed Chinese herbal, which indicated that Bupleurum chinense had predominant effects to promote the immune function of Sciaenops ocellatus.
