摘要
目的评价甲钴胺(弥可保)穴位注射结合针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效和安全性。方法将70例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组给予甲钴胺穴位注射和针刺治疗,对照组仅给予针刺治疗。两组均治疗40d后观察疗效。结果对总体疗效而言,意向性分析(ITT)结果显示两组愈显率分别为77.14%、51.43%,方案数据分析(PP)结果显示两组愈显率分别为81.26%、56.67%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ITT分析与PP分析结果一致。临床观察中未发现甲钴胺有明显毒性作用和不良反应。结论甲钴胺穴位注射结合针刺治疗顽固性面瘫安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of meeobalamin acupoint injection with acupuncture for treating intractable facial paralysis. Methods Seventy patients with intractahle facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with mecobalamin acupoint injection with acupuncture treatment, and the control group with single acupuncture treatment. 40d later, their therapeutic effects were observed. Results All the results were analyzed on the basis of intention-to-treat（ITT） and per-protocol population（PP）, the total effective rate was 77. 14% or 81.26% in the treatment group and 51.43% or 56.67% in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. ITT and PP analysis revealed similar results. No adverse effect was found in the observation. Conclusion The efficacy and safety of meeobalamin acupoint injection with aeupuncture for treatment of intractable facial paralysis are difinite. It is worthy of spreading in clinic.
