摘要
目的探讨大鼠牙囊细胞(DFCs)与纳米晶羟基磷灰石/胶原复合材料(nHAC)的相容性,为二者在牙周组织工程中的应用提供依据。方法将大鼠DFCs与nHAC在体外复合培养,通过倒置显微镜、扫描电镜观察细胞与材料的复合情况,用MTT法、碱性磷酸酶活性检测法检测材料对细胞增殖分化的影响。结果DFCs可以在nHAC材料表面及孔隙中良好的黏附、增殖和分化,复合培养5d后nHAC对DFCs的增殖分化表现出一定的促进作用。结论DFCs与nHAC具有良好的生物相容性。
Objective To assess the compatibility of dental follicle cells and nano-hydroxyapatite collagen. Methods Cultivated the compound of rat DFCs and nHAC in vitro ; observed the compound situation through inverted microscope, SEM;tested the cell multiplication and differentiation under the influence of the material by MTT and ALP methods. Results DFCs had good qualities of adhcrency, multiplication and differentiation on the surface and in the hole of nHAC. After 5d, nHAC accelerated DFCs multiplication and differentiation. Conclusion nHAC is good biocompatible with DFCs.
