摘要
目的观察电针治疗女性尿道综合征的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法将52例患者随机分为电针组(32例)和对照组(20例)。电针组选关元、中极、次髎、会阳等穴行电针治疗,对照组口服托特罗定或坦索罗辛。观察治疗前后患者临床症状评分、尿流率-盆底肌电图的变化及临床疗效。结果电针治疗后IPSS评分、Qmax、Qave、TL值与治疗前比较均明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组总有效率90.6%,优于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗女性尿道综合征疗效好,优于常规药物治疗方法;电针可以改善由盆底肌紧张所引起的膀胱尿道功能失调,这可能是电针治疗女性尿道综合征的主要作用机制。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture for female urethral syndrome and to investigate the mechanism of action. Methods Fifty-two cases of female urethral syndrome were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group（n= 32）and a medicine contrast group（n = 20）. The eleetroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture at Guanyuan, Zhongji, Ciliao, Huiyang, etc. and the contrast group with oral administration of tolterodine tablets or tamsulosin tablets. The IPSS and the uroflow rate-pelvic floor electromyography hefore and after treatment and their therapeutic effects were observed. Results There were significant differences in whole IPSS,Qmax,Qave,TL value before and after treatment in the electroacupuncture group（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 90.6% in the electroacupuncture group and 65.0% in the contrast group with the significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05） ,the former being better than the latter. Conclusion Electroaeupuneture has a significant therapeutic effect on female urethral syndrome, which is better than that of the medicine. Electroacupuncture can improve the dysfunction of bladder and urethral, which may be the mechanism of action.
