摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸甲酯、过硫酸铵、碳酸氢钠等为原料,合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯粘合剂.红外光谱分析表明丙烯酸酯类聚合物和有机硅单体确实进行了共聚合反应.最佳合成工艺条件为:聚硅氧烷(八甲基环四硅氧烷)用量10%、m(硬单体)∶m(软单体)=1∶5、反应温度80℃、引发剂用量0.4%(对烯类单体质量)、乳化剂用量4%(对单体总质量).作为涂料印花粘合剂使用时,整理织物牢度较好,手感柔软滑爽且与未改性粘合剂的亲水性相当,经该粘合剂整理的织物无甲醛释放,符合环保的要求.
Organic silicone modified methyl acrylate adhesive was synthesized using octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane (D4), sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, methyl acrylate, ammonium persulphate and sodium bicarbonate as materials. IR result confirmed that methyl acrylate poJymer copolyme6zed with siticone monomer. The optimal synthesis technology was:10% of polysiloxane (octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane), re(hard monomer):m(soft monomer)=1:5, reacted at 80℃, 0.4% of initiator (on the weight of vinyl monomer), 4% of emulsifier (on the total weight of monomers). As pigment printing binder, the finished fabric had good fastness and soft slippery handle, the hydrophilicity was similar with that of the unmodified binder. The binder finished fabric had no formaldehyde release and met the demand of environmental protection.
