摘要
通过对YC2108型两缸柴油机的曲柄连杆机构的受力平衡分析,计算出了造成该机存在较大振动问题的旋转惯性力矩和一阶往复惯性力矩所产生的合力矩在垂直和水平方向上的最大值,并提出了改进措施。
By analysing the force of the crankshaft connecting rod for model YC2108 two-cylinders diesel engine,this paper has calculated out the maximum values of resultant moment on perpendicular and horizontal directions which is produced by the rotation and 1st order reciprocating inertia forces. Moreover,the improvement of the engine vibration problem is given.
