摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法在铁粉表面包覆SiO2。包覆后的铁粉与刚玉粉、高温粘结剂按一定的配比均匀混合、压片、烧结,然后经粉碎、筛选制备出一定粒度的磁性磨料。采用热场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能量色散谱(EDS)分别表征磁性磨料的形貌和元素组成,采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)研究磁性磨料的晶体结构。并通过实验对制备的烧结磁性磨料进行性能分析。结果表明:常规烧结法制备的磁性磨料具有良好的研磨效果,磨粒相与铁磁相结合紧密,耐用时间在24 min以上;粉碎后的磁性磨料大多是不规则的颗粒,主要是由Al2O3、Fe2O3、α-Fe、AlFeO3、(Al,Fe)7BO3(SiO4)3O3等组成的多晶结构。
Iron powder surface was modified with SiO2 by sol-gel method.The coated iron evenly mixed with alumina powder and high temperature binder,then sintered after tabletting,and the magnetic abrasive with a certain size was obtained by crushing and screening.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to characterize the morphology,elemental composition and the crystalloid structures of magnetic abrasive.Performance analysis related to the sintered magnetic abrasive has been made. The results indicated that the magnetic abrasive prepared by conventional sintering method had good grinding effect, and the ferromagnetic phase and abrasive phase were combined closely, durable time was up to 24 mins; the magnetic abrasive after smashing was mostly irregular particles, mainly composed of Al2O3、Fe2O3、α-Fe、AlFeO3、(Al,Fe)7BO3(SiO4)3O3.
