摘要
对工程量清单计价模式进行了概述,并运用马克思的价值价格论分析了工程量清单计价模式的优越性,指出了目前影响工程量清单计价模式优越性发挥的问题在于工程造价不能准确地代表工程价值,缺乏完善的造价市场,提出了相应的对策即找到合理的综合单价,使工程造价尽可能代表工程价值;建立高素质的工程造价专业人才队伍;促进建筑市场造价市场的完善。
This paper summarizes the pricing model of construction quantity list. By employing Ma- rx＇s theory of value and price, this paper analyzes the advantages of pricing model of construction quantity list,points out the problems which influence the advantages of pricing model of construction quantity list and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
