铸造铝合金微弧氧化工艺及其优化 被引量:8

Technology Improvement of Micro-arc Oxidation on Cast Aluminum Alloy

摘要 采用对比试验的方法,调整电解液组分及浓度,研究降低含有Si、Cu元素的铸铝合金、微弧氧化电流密度的电解液。结果表明:在硅酸盐体系中添加适量的柠檬酸钠、草酸铵等,可减小Si、Cu元素对微弧氧化的不利影响,降低微弧氧化电流密度,降低能源消耗。 The density and composition of electrolyte were adjusted to lower the current density of micro arc oxidation (MAO) on cast aluminum alloy by the contrast experiment. The results show that the current density and the energy consume can be lowered in the process of the micro-arc oxidation on cast aluminum alloy using the appropriate C6H5Na3O7. 2H2O and (NH4)2C2O4-H2O in the Na2SiO3 electrolyte system.
