摘要
采用室温化学浸蚀剂、热化学浸蚀剂、酸性和碱性电解浸蚀剂,研究了不同的浸蚀剂对显示2205型双相不锈钢的显微组织的影响。结果表明,热化学浸蚀剂和碱性电解浸蚀剂都能明显地增大铁素体相和奥氏体相两相的对比度,而酸性电解浸蚀剂能较完整地呈现两相的晶界。
The chemical etchant at room temperature, hot chemical etching agent, electrolytic etching in acid and alkaline solution were utilized in investigating different chemical etchant to reveal the microstructure in 2205 duplex stainless steel. The experimental results show that both hot chemical etching agent and electrolytic etching in alkaline solution are able to present a striking contrast between ferrite phase and austenitic phase, while electrolytic etching in acid solution is able to reveal relatively integralled grain boundaries of ferrite phase and austenitic phase.
