摘要 对轻度认知功能损害(MCI)患者执行记忆任务时的BOLD-fMRI研究已揭示了人类记忆损害时记忆环路功能的异常。应用BOLD-fMRI对MCI内颞叶记忆系统功能激活异常与脑功能连接的关系也在进一步研究中。本文对MCI的BOLD-fMRI研究进展进行综述。 BOLD-fMRI studies of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) have revealed functional abnormalities in memory circuit in humans suffering from memory disorders during memory task performance. Recently BOLD-fMRI data in MCI is beginning to reveal the relationship between abnormalities of functional activity in the medial temporal lobe memory system and in functionally connected brain regions. The progress of BOLD-fMRI study in MCI was reviewed in this article.
