阿司匹林抵抗对血栓栓塞性心血管疾病预防效果的影响

摘要 目的阿司匹林在防治血栓栓塞性心血管疾病方面有着广泛的应用。然而阿司匹林的抗血小板作用存在个体差异。多项研究提示,阿司匹林抵抗对心血管疾病高危患者预防用阿司匹林的疗效具有不利影响。本文就阿司匹林抵抗的机制及其对用阿司匹林预防血栓栓塞性心血管疾病疗效的影响作一综述。
