摘要
目的观察稳定牙合垫对于磨牙症的短期疗效。方法使用多导睡眠监测技术记录磨牙症患者戴用牙合垫前及2周后的磨牙事件,并进行比较。结果使用稳定牙合垫2周后,每小时磨牙事件比治疗前有所较少。结论稳定牙合垫对于磨牙症的治疗短期内是有效的。
Objective To study the short term effects of stable occulusal splint on sleep bruxism patients. Method Record the bruxism episodes per hour of the patients before and 2 weeks after wearing the splints by the polysomnography. Result The bruxism episodes per hour decreased after wearing stable occulusal splint. Conclusion The stable occulusal splint has short-term effects in treating sleep bruxism.
