用于纳米微反应器的微乳液的相行为研究

摘要 W/O型微乳液以其独特的结构可以用来制备纳米粒子的微反应器.为了遴选一个适用于制备纳米粒子的微乳液体系,利用相图分别研究了失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span80)和聚氧乙烯(20)失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween80)混合表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油相烷烃、温度等对W/O型微乳液的形成及微乳区面积的影响.研究结果证明:m(Span80)/m(Tween80)质量比为10/2,正己醇为助表面活性剂,且混合表面活性剂与正己醇的质量比为2/1,正辛烷为油相,温度为40℃,是一个适合用于纳米微反应器的W/O型微乳液体系. The water in oil microemulsion (W/O) is used as the nano-reactor for preparing nanoparticles because of its unique structure. In order to screen a suitable microemulsion system for preparing nano-particles, the influencing factors including such as Span80, Tween80, co-surfactants, aliphatic hydrocarbons, temperature were researched by phase diagram. The testing results indicate that m(Tween80) is 10/2; (2) n-hexyl alcohol as a perfect co-surfactant and the mass ratio of surfactant to co-surfactant is 2/1; (3) n-octane as oil-phase; (4) 40℃ as optimal temperature.
