摘要
目的:分析恶性肿瘤患者痰液标本嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(S.maltophilia)对抗生素的耐药特点,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法:对本院肿瘤科2006年9月-2008年9月痰标本分离的48株S.maltophilia进行药敏分析。结果:S.maltophilia对加替沙星、米诺环素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、复方磺胺甲恶唑等抗生素的敏感率分别为91.67%、91.67%、81.25%、79.17%、50%、45.83%,其它12种常用抗生素的耐药率均大于68%。结论:恶性肿瘤患者痰标本分离出的S.maltophilia对多种抗生素耐药,尤其是β-内酰胺类和氨基苷类。
Objective:To analyze the resistance features of stenotrophomonas maltophilia (S.maltophilia) to antibiotics in sputum of malignant tumor patients and instruct rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods: The drug susceptibility of 48 stubs S.maltophilia that separated from sputum of malignant tumor patients from 2006.9 to 2008.9 were analyzed.Results:The susceptibility of S.maltophilia to gatifloxacin, minocycline, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam were respectively 91.6,7%, 91.67%, 81.25%, 79. 17%, 50% and 45.83%; while the susceptibility of S.maltophilia to the other 12 kinds commonly used antibiotics were all higher than 68%.Conclusions:The S.maltophilia that separated from sputum of malignant tumor patients show drug resistance, to many antibiotics, especially to β -lactams and aminoglycosides.
