摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在诊断下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)中的应用价值。方法:对临床确诊下肢动脉病变的60例患者,分别行MSCTA下肢动脉增强扫描和DSA检查,应用VR、MIP、SSD等方法进行影像学诊断,比较各重建方法的诊断差异。结果:①VR、MIP、SSD的敏感度分别为81.2%、100%、100%,特异度分别为93.2%、97.4%、97.4%,准确度分别为91.1%、98.3%和98.3%。②DSA和MSCTA诊断下肢闭塞性动脉硬化性疾病无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:重建方法中MIP、SSD诊断ASO的敏感度和特异度较高;在诊断ASO时,MSCTA是一种有效的检查方法,具有和DSA相当的效能。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice helical CT angiography (MSCTA) in arteriosclerotic occlusive disease (ASO) of lower limb.Methods:60 ASO patients were administraed MSCTA and DSA. VR, MIP and SSD were used to diagnose and compare differences between each reconstruction method.Results: ①The susceptibility of VR, MIP and SSD were repectively 81.2%, 100% and 100%; specificity were 93.2%, 97.4% and 97.4%; accuracy were 91.1%, 98.3% and 98.3%. Gin diagnosing ASO, there had no obvious differences betwwen DSA and MSCTA (P〉0.05).Condusions:The susceptibility and specificity of MIP and SSD are fairly high in diagnosing ASO. In diagnosing ASO, MSCTA is an effective method and has corresponding function with DSA.
