摘要
大白菜结球初期叶片光合最适温度为25℃。低温下光合速率(Pn)和表现量子效率(AQY)随叶温升高而增加,超过25℃则随叶温升高而降低。无论温度高低,大白菜叶片的Pn在一定范围内随光强和CO2浓度的升高而升高,但20~30℃条件下Pn上升幅度较大。大白菜叶片光合作用的光补偿点随叶温升高而增加,光饱和点在15~25℃范围内随温度升高而升高,超过25℃则随温度升高而下降。CO2补偿点和饱和点均随温度升高而增加,且高温条件下增加幅度大。
The optimum timperature of chinese cabbage’s phototsynthesis was 25℃ in early stage of heading.Under low temperature the photosynthetic rate and apparent quantum yield increased with the increasing of temperature.But they decreased over 25℃.Whether the temperature was high or low.The photosythetic rate of chinese cabbage leaves increased with the increasing of PFD and CO 2 concentration in certain range.Furthermore,it increased markedly under 20 ̄30℃.Light compensation point photosynthesis increased with the increasing of leaf temperature.Light saturation point increased with increasing of temperature in 15 ̄25℃ and decreased when over 25℃.CO 2 compensation point and saturation point increased with the increasing of temperature,and the range of increasement through higher temperature was greater,than through lower temperature.
