摘要
用分步浸渍法制备了Co/WO3/ZrO2催化剂,采用XRD、BET等方法表征了催化剂的物化性质,并在连续流动固定床反应器上考察了Co/WO3/ZrO2催化正辛烷临氢异构化反应性能,讨论了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对正辛烷异构化催化性能的影响。结果表明,当w(W)=15%、w(Co)=2%,WO3/ZrO2焙烧温度为800℃时,所制备的Co/WO3/ZrO2催化剂在还原温度为500℃、反应温度为250℃、质量空速为3.52 h-1、氢气与正辛烷摩尔比(n(H2)/n(Octane))为12时,对正辛烷异构化反应表现出最大催化活性,此时正辛烷转化率可达21.98%,异辛烷选择性可达93.96%。
The Co/WO3/ZrO2 catalyst was synthesized by impregnation method, and characterized by using XRD and BET techniques. Hydroisomerization of n-octane over Co/WO3/ZrO2 catalysts were investigated in a conventional fixed bed reactor. The effect of catalysts preparation parameters and reaction conditions on the conversion and isomerization selectivity of n-octane was discussed in detail. It is found that a high isomerization selectivity of over 93.96% with an overall conversion of nearly 21.98% can be achieved over Co/WO3/ZrO2 catalyst with W content of 15% and Co content of 2%, calcinated at 800℃, under the reaction conditions of reduction temperature 500℃, reaction temperature 250℃, MHSV 3.52 h^-1, and molar ratio of H2 to n-octane (n(H2)/n(Octane))12.
