摘要
目的及时总结基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)试点工作开展情况,为今后全面推广BOHS提供借鉴。方法收集深圳市松岗预防保健所(卫生监督所)BOHS试点开展工作数据,从机构和能力建设、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康监护、宣传与培训、监督管理等方面进行调查分析和总结。结果①松岗预防保健所(卫生监督所)加强了职业卫生科建设,为有效开展BOHS试点工作创造条件;②近3年松岗街道工厂企业职业病危害因素检测率和职业健康检查率均明显上升,2008年其覆盖率分别达91.4%和91.9%;③尝试多种职业卫生宣传和培训模式,职业病防治知识普及率达98.8%;④积极探讨多种BOHS工作模式,采用网格化管理及"120"分级管理、专项整治以及执法与服务结合等监督管理模式,提高工作效率、改善劳动环境。结论松岗街道BOHS试点工作进展顺利,并取得了阶段性成果,有推广价值。
[ Objective] To summarize the progress in experimental work of Basic Occupational Health Service （ BOHS ）, provide experience for overall popularization of BOHS in future. [ Methods] The data of BOHS experimental work in Songgang Health Inspection and Prevention Institute were collected and analyzed from the points of institutions and capacity building, detection of occupational hazards, occupational health surveillance, publicity and training, supervision and management, etc. [ Results] （ 1） Songgang Health Inspection and Prevention Institute strengthened the construction of occupational health branch, which created conditions for effective development of BOHS experimental work. （ 2 ）In the past three years, the detection rate of occupational hazards and occupational health increased obviously, and the coverage rate respectively was 91.43% and 91.91% in 2008. （ 31） The popularity rate of occupational health knowledge was 98.83% by using various patterns of publicity and training about occupational health. （4 ） A variety of BOHS patterns were explored actively. It was beneficial to improve the work efficiency and the workplace environment by using the mode of network administration,＂ 120＂ classification management, special rectification and combination of supervision and services. [ Conclusion]The experimental work of BOHS proceeded smoothly and obtained a stage achievement in Songgang street, which had a popularization value.
