摘要
物流行业作为天津市发展现代服务业的重点产业,越来越得到广大企业的重视,而物流人才则是物流行业发展的最主要因素.通过对2008年天津市教工委一项重点调研课题的调研结果进行了系统总结,分析了现代物流人才的供求现状与其应具备的各项能力,应用网络分析法(ANP)建立了物流人才评价指标体系,分析了应用ANP方法确定指标权重的步骤,最后在Super Decisions软件中对指标体系的ANP模型进行了求解.
Logistics industry is getting more and more attention from enterprises since it is planned into the most importance industry in the development of contemporary service industry in Tianjin Municipal city. As logistics Talent plays one of the most important roles in its industry development, this paper set up the evaluation index system about logistics talent base on analytic network process method according to an investigation outcome distributed by Tianjin Commission of Education and Health, then summarized the current situation of logistics talents＇supply and demand, and its capability. Furthermore, the evaluation index system of logistics talents was established and the steps of ANP application were analyzed. At last the result of ANP model for the index system was obtained with Super Decisions software.
