摘要
ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)对人体心血管,神经,免疫系统疾病及癌症有一定的预防及治疗效果,利用微藻培养PUFA是最有发展前途的研究方向,实验证明以现有的发酵设备和技术为基础,进行微藻的高细胞密度培养可极大地提高微藻细胞的生物量及PUFA的产量。本文论述了微藻异养培养的条件,策略及研究现状。
ω - 3 Polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs), especially EPA and DHA are useful dietary compounds for human nutrition, and have been found effective in the prevention or treatment of inflammatory, heart disease and cancer. The original source of ω - 3 PUFAs is microalgae. The prouction of PUFAs by microalgae is the most promising research area. It is also proved that high cell density culture of icroalgae with existing fermentation facilities is themost effective technology for these products.
