摘要
目的观察高频电波刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)的临床疗效。方法对CIN患者采用高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗,观察其临床效果。结果高频电波刀治疗宫颈病变一次成功率为100%,治愈率达93.8%(242/258);平均手术时间5分钟,出血量5ml,继发性出血和感染率均较低。结论高频电波刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变疗效较好,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of high fyequency radiosuygical knife in cervical diseases. Methods Using LEEP treated 258 cervix diseases patients which have been diagonosed by examination or colpscopy. Cutting sick tissue or conization have been given histopathological diagnosis. Operation time and hemorrage volume and curative effect were observed. Results 258 cases were cured and curative rate is 100%. The average operation time was 5 min and the average hemorrage volume was 5 ml. Coulusion LEEP in therepy of cervical diseases is easy and safe, a little operation time and a little hemorrage volume, well curative effect. It is very important value to find early cervix cancer and is an ideal treatment for cervical diseases.
