摘要
目的探讨中西医结合综合治疗方案对脓毒症部分血清免疫学指标的影响。方法49例中医辨证为气营两燔证脓毒症患者分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用中西医结合综合方案治疗,对照组采用西医常规治疗,均治疗7天。观察治疗前后两组患者血清免疫学指标的变化情况。结果治疗7天后,两组血清免疫学指标C3、CRP、TNF-α和治疗组IgG均较治疗前下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组血清IgG、C3、CRP、TNF-α下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合综合治疗方案可显著降低脓毒症患者部分血清免疫学指标水平,抑制脓毒症患者过度免疫应答,减少机体自身的损害,改善预后。
Objective To observe influence of therapeutic treatment based on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine integrated approach for sepsis on some serum immunological indices. Methods 49 cases of patients with sepsis, diagnosed as intensive heat in both qi and ying system differentiated according to TCM theories were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with the integrated program combining Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, while the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment. Both groups were treated for 7d, the changes of whose serum immunological indices were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the Results before treatment, serum immunological indices of both groups, that is, C3, CRP, TNF-α and 1gG were decreased after 7d treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Serum IgG, C3, CRP, TNF-α of the treatment group were decreased significantly greater than control group, with statistical significance. Conclusions The level of some serum immunological indices in sepsis can be significantly reduced by using Traditional Chinese and Western medicine integrated program, and excessive imnmne responses in patients with sepsis can be inhibited, with less body injury and improved prognosis.
