摘要
本文根据文献资料和个人经验,着重在癫痫手术候选人的选择和如何用有限的医疗经费进行恰当的术前评估,使顽固性癫痫患者特别是低收入人群患者能得到及时有效的手术治疗。对颞叶癫痫的前部切除术、病灶(病变)性癫痫的病变切除术、大脑半球切除术和胼胝体切开术四种癫痫手术术式的选择作了简要阐述。
In this paper, based on the related literature and personal experiences, the authers consulted about how to make the correct choice of indication for epileptic surgery, the appropriate preoperative examination arrangement upon the limited medical expenses, as to let the intractable epilepsy patients, especially those with low income, could get the effective surgical treatment in time. And the candiadate choices for anterior temporal lobectomy, lesionectomy, hemispherectomy and corpus callosotomy were introduced in brief. Hope it is helpful in clinic.
